For standard units booked before noon, same-day delivery is available within city limits. Regional deliveries are typically completed within 24–48 hours depending on distance and transport logistics. Emergency priority delivery is available for time-critical projects — call our 24/7 hotline for details.
You have two options. First, you can purchase our optional Damage Waiver at a small daily rate — this covers accidental damage and theft up to the full equipment value. Alternatively, you may provide your own Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing comprehensive coverage for the rental equipment. Proof of insurance is required before any equipment leaves our yard or is delivered.
Yes. Cancellations made with 48+ hours notice before the scheduled start date receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Changes to equipment type, duration, or delivery address can be made anytime subject to availability and any applicable rate differences. Call our 24/7 breakdown hotline immediately — the number is on your rental agreement and equipment key tag. Our service team will either dispatch a technician to repair on-site within hours, or provide a replacement unit from our reserve fleet as quickly as possible, depending on the nature of the fault and availability. Routine maintenance and mechanical failures are fully covered under your rental agreement.
Yes. A complimentary familiarization session is included with every equipment delivery — our driver or technician will walk your operator through controls, safety features, daily checks, and correct operating procedures. For teams needing full certified operator training or if you need us to supply an operator entirely, dedicated certified operators are available as an add-on service. Just let us know when requesting your quote.
